At Eurosatory 2026, Ukraine unveiled the RGT-45: a 500-gram thermobaric claiming more than 120 cubic meters of effective damage volume, born partly from a quality-control scandal involving a detonator manufactured in 1973. Russia drops 1,500-kilogram thermobaric glide munitions on Ukrainian cities. Ukraine’s answer fits in a cargo pocket.
