Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a Russian ammunition depot near the village of Dyakove in the Luhansk region.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike and reported the destruction of another depot — near the village of Ohorodne in the Donetsk region.

“The destruction of ammunition reduces the enemy’s firepower on the front lines,” the General Staff noted.

NASA’s infrared satellite imagery from October 27 captured significant fires in the village of Dyakove and its surroundings.

Analysts from the Exilenova+ group also reported a fire observed from Khrustalny — a settlement located 25 kilometers from Dyakove. According to their data, the fire broke out after an ammunition depot was blown up.

“An attack by strike drones has been ongoing for several hours in the occupied Luhansk region. Defense forces near the settlement of Khrustalny blew up an ammunition depot,” the analysts reported.

Ukrainian aircraft are also targeting Russian facilities in the Luhansk region. Earlier, tactical aircraft delivered a devastating strike on a Russian military command post in Lysychansk.
