The support of European countries adds to Kyiv’s “stubbornness,” believes an aide to the Kremlin dictator.

During a meeting in Alaska, US President Donald Trump and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin reached a “mutual understanding” on ending Russia’s war against Ukraine, but then difficulties began.
This was stated by Putin’s aide Yuri Ushakov. “Many people use the word ‘agreements’. I would say more precisely – ‘understanding’. An understanding has been reached on what the parties will do in the context of resolving the Ukrainian conflict,” the Kremlin official said.
Ushakov reported that the American side promised to fulfill its part of these agreements, but encountered a number of difficulties.
Putin’s aide expressed the opinion that these difficulties “primarily relate to Kyiv’s behavior and reaction to certain probes, certain appeals by the Americans.”
He was outraged that Ukraine relies on European support, which gives Ukrainians “more stubbornness” and “negativity.”
Trump and Putin meeting in Anchorage
Last August, Trump and Putin met in Alaska to agree on terms for ending the war in Ukraine. Since then, Russians have believed that these are the agreements that should be respected.
For his part, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has already noted that “it seems that the parties are talking about completely different things.”
“Russians often talk about some kind of ‘spirit of Anchorage.’ And we can only guess what they really mean , “ the president said at the end of winter.

Since Kyiv wasn’t represented in Alaska, why should they be constrained by any “understanding” reached there?
Only present was putler, representing moscow, and trumpkov, also representing moscow.
