Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a Russian naval traffic control center in temporary occupied Sevastopol along with multiple other military targets during operations on April 21 and overnight into April 22.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on April 22, the strikes targeted the “Streletskyi” command facility responsible for coordinating the movement of Russian Black Sea Fleet vessels in Crimea.
The General Staff stated that Ukrainian forces “carried out strikes on a number of important objects of the Russian aggressor” during the operation. No official damage assessment or casualty figures have been released.
In addition to the Sevastopol target, Ukrainian forces hit several drone command centers in Russia’s Kursk region, including locations near Korovyakovka and Tyotkino. Another strike targeted a “Molniya” unmanned aerial vehicle control center near Dobroliubivka in the Kharkiv region.
According to the General Staff, further strikes were conducted against a Russian unit command post near Vyazove in Russia’s Belgorod region, as well as command and observation points near Zatyshne in occupied Donetsk region and Vysoke in Belgorod region.
Ukrainian forces also targeted a concentration of Russian personnel near the settlement of Hrafske in Donetsk region. The extent of damage across all sites remains under review.
Earlier, Ukrainian drones struck a facility linked to Russia’s air defense infrastructure in occupied Sevastopol, damaging the “Granit” repair base used to service Black Sea Fleet systems, according to the Telegram channel Crimean Wind on March 19.
