Over the past six months, Ukraine has begun using British drones to carry out long-range strikes on targets in Russia. Among the drones used in the attacks is the BAE Systems Nyan jet.

Nyan was reportedly used in the strike on Belgorod, which is located near the Ukrainian-Russian border. British drones have also been used in attacks on oil refineries near Moscow, as well as in Yaroslavl and Volgograd. It is not known which drone models were used to attack these facilities.
According to The Times, information about the use of British UAVs was confirmed to the publication by sources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. One of the interlocutors noted that most of the long-range strikes in Ukraine are carried out using drones of its own production, but British drones are also effectively used for such attacks.
BAE Systems’ website states that Nyan is designed to deliver long-range strikes in the face of active enemy resistance. The drone has already been tested on land and at sea, including during the Spring Storm exercise in Estonia and aboard the Royal Navy’s experimental ship XV Patrick Blackett.
Recall that on the night of August 16, the Moscow region was attacked by drones. After the hits in the region, fires broke out at two large logistics facilities.
As OBOZ.UA reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted comprehensive tests of multi-level protection of Ukrainian bomber-type strike UAVs against Russian interceptor drones. On six platforms, they tested systems for camouflage, threat detection, crew warning, electronic warfare, and destruction of enemy drones.

Thank you, UK!
I expect to find out more about this drone some time in the future.
