Ukraine is authorised to freely use tanks, armoured vehicles and other equipment supplied by Canada on Russian territory.

Details: Canada has given Ukraine eight Leopard 2A4 tanks, several dozen armoured combat support vehicles and hundreds of armoured patrol vehicles, as well as several M-777 howitzers.
Quote from Andrée-Anne Poulin, a spokesperson for the Department of National Defence: “Ukrainians know best how to defend their homeland, and we’re committed to supporting their capacity.”
“Canada places no geographic restrictions on the use of military equipment that we donate to Ukraine.”
More details: It is not known whether the Ukrainian brigades had Canadian-supplied weapons when they launched their operation in Russia’s Kursk Oblast.

They ducked out of the issue by not supplying any long range fires. (Or short range ones).
Canada fits right into the club of Western pansies.
There are a number of wealthy democracies that make sympathetic noises, but actually do very little for Ukraine:
Canada, France, Luxembourg, Ireland, Australia, NZ.

Mexico is a failed state anyhow. If I were POTUS, I would finish the wall and place troops all along its length and let the place burn and rot in its ensuing civil war.
I’m ashamed because my government gave so little help to Ukraine. Trudeau is woke, naive and stupid!
I’m also not very impressed by what the country has done to help. It’s been a drop in the bucket.
This is good news, I think they want to see how Russia responds to this, other than the typical threats of a severe response. This has the potential to gain acceptance and allow other countries to loosen their hold on military equipment. Canada has always been an anti war country.
Your theory might be right. But, I won’t hold my breath. The West has a very difficult time finding a bone for its rubbery spine.
