In Volgograd, russia, drones allegedly attacked a local oil refinery. Residents of the aggressor country complained about explosions on the night of Saturday, March 15.
Videos were posted online showing a fire breaking out at the attacked area. Russian propaganda Telegram channels wrote about this.
Locals in Volgograd said at least 20 loud explosions were heard. One of the UAVs was allegedly shot down near Sarepta station, where “reeds are burning,” propagandists claim.
RosZMI writes that the local Lukoil refinery was initially targeted by the attack.
The regional authorities have not yet commented on the attack.
As is known, Ukrainian special services and the Defense Forces continue to strike at Russian infrastructure facilities that help supply the Russian occupation army. On the night of Friday, March 14, explosions were heard in the Krasnodar Territory of Russia, and the Tuapse Oil Refinery was under attack.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that an oil depot in the city of Serpukhov in the Moscow region was under attack. This is a refinery capable of processing 11 million tons of oil per year.
As OBOZ.UA reported, Russia has recorded a significant decline in fuel exports . The key factor in the decline in exports was Ukrainian strikes on oil refineries and stations. The situation is also affected by sanctions restrictions and the need to supply the Russian army.
