In particular, Russian Telegram channels refer to the Operational Headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory, which reported that drone debris fell in the Siversky District on the territory of the Ilya Refinery.

As a result of the attack, one of the technological installations caught fire. The fire was allegedly quickly extinguished.

“Fire and rescue units, special and emergency services are working at the scene. The refinery’s personnel were evacuated to shelters,” the report says.

What is known about the attacked refinery?
The Ilya Oil Refinery named after A. Shamar is located in the Krasnodar Territory and is one of the leading oil refining enterprises in the Southern Federal District of Russia.
KNGK-INPZ specializes in the reception, storage and processing of hydrocarbon raw materials, as well as the shipment of finished products by rail and road transport.

Let us remind you that this is not the first time that the aforementioned facility has been attacked. On July 7, long-range drones of the Main Intelligence Directorate struck this refinery. As a result of the attack, one of the technological workshops of the enterprise was hit. This was also confirmed by local media.
As OBOZ.UA wrote, on February 17, 2025, SBU and SSO drones hit the Ilya oil refinery, after which a fire broke out there. The Kropotkinska oil pumping station also received serious damage and suspended its operation.

Like always, mafia land attacked civilians last night and Ukraine attacked war-relevant targets. Killing civilians never won a war, but destroying a country’s war-relevant infrastructure has. Thus, Ukraine has the better cards in these mutual strikes.
