Russia launched another massive strike on Ukraine on the night of September 7. A number of cities came under fire, including Kyiv, Odessa, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih and others. For the first time since the start of the full-scale war, the Government building was damaged as a result of an attack, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko said .

“The roof and upper floors. Rescuers are extinguishing the fire. Thank you for your work. We will restore the buildings. But lost lives cannot be brought back. The enemy terrorizes and kills our people every day across the country,” she noted in Telegram .

Svyrydenko stressed that the world must start acting, rather than reacting to the destruction with words. In particular, it is necessary to increase sanctions pressure on Russia – against its gas and oil.

“And most importantly, Ukraine needs weapons. The kind that will stop terror and prevent Russia from trying to kill Ukrainians every day,” the Prime Minister noted.

UNIAN previously reported that Kyiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Kryvyi Rih, Kremenchuk, and Odessa were attacked. A one-year-old child was killed in the massive attack , and infrastructure was damaged.

In addition, it became known how many drones and missiles Russia launched to strike Ukraine. The Ukrainian Air Force Command reported that there were more than 800 “Shaheeds” and drone simulators in the sky over our country. Russia also used 13 Iskander missiles of various modifications.
