The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry complained that the Organization is “for everything good and against everything bad.”
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov claims that representatives of the United Nations leadership “prefer to remain silent” about the operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, during which the Ukrainians allegedly use Western weapons.
The chief diplomat of the aggressor country harshly “attacked” the UN leadership before participating in the meeting of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, according to an interview published by TASS. Lavrov shared the Russian side’s fabrication that Ukrainian forces are allegedly “attacking civilian facilities”:
“…I have not heard the voices of UN representatives who are responsible for human rights, including, of course, the Secretary General (Antonio Guterres, – Ed.).”
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry also complained that, in particular, representatives of the leadership of the Office of the UN Commissioner for Human Rights prepared a standard excuse for the press: “We are currently studying all this information, we are generally for everything good and against everything bad.”
