The Magnitsky laws need to be widened dramatically. Where is putler’s $200 billion stashed? It needs to be hunted down by forensic accountants and top tier hackers. It is distributed amongst family members, cronies and fake companies. Likely jurisdictions : Switzerland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Cyprus, Malta, Nevis etc.
It wouldn’t surprise me if certain entities already know where the war criminal keeps his stash. The dark channels and sewage system that the super rich and the mafia navigate through are unknown to everyone else.
