When did he say it and if he said it, why did he say it to a now relatively minor politician? He never said it to Poro or Zel that’s for sure; otherwise they would have said so.

I’m sure that he will carry through his plans to increase oil production – which is bad for mafia land, and start a trade war with bat virus land – also bad for mafia land. He might be pissed by hated iran’s and hated north korea’s close relationship with his boyfriend in muscovy and this only adds to his unpredictability.
