US President Donald Trump has publicly demonstrated the so-called “gold card” for the first time.
As Trump said while speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, the “golden card” grants permanent residency in the United States and the opportunity to obtain citizenship. However, obtaining it will cost applicants a hefty sum – $5 million.
The American president announced that the launch of the “gold card” is expected in less than 2 weeks. He showed reporters a card with his own photo.
“For $5 million, it can be yours… It’ll probably be out in less than 2 weeks. Very exciting, right?” Trump said.
