Other posts from 2022 show that Ms Zacharia often shared “Pizzagate” conspiracy theories, which claimed a cabal of powerful people was sexually abusing children.
“Pedo Podesta. #pedoPodesta,” Ms Zacharia wrote in September 2022, according to CNN, referring to John Podesta, Bill Clinton’s White House chief of staff, who had been subject to a conspiracy theory campaign.
It was claimed that his emails, released by Russian-linked hackers, contained coded references to child sex trafficking and that Mrs Clinton, whose presidential campaign he was managing at the time, had operated a child sex ring out of the basement of a pizzeria in Washington, DC.
