Such words are a direct threat to US national security.
The White House has issued a tough response to former US President Donald Trump’s statement that Russia could, in theory, destroy other states if they do not fulfill their financial obligations.

White House spokesman Andrew Bates called Trump’s words “terrible and baseless,” emphasizing that such “encouragement of invasions by murderous regimes” poses a direct threat to US national security, quoted by Bloomberg .
“Encouraging invasions of our closest allies by murderous regimes is appalling and unjustified—and it puts U.S. national security, global stability and our economy at risk,” Bates said.

“So what would my father [Ronald Reagan] say about the decline of civility and the ominous future of our democracy? I don’t think he would address his party’s front-runner at all. I think he would focus on the people who cheer at that candidate’s rallies. He would point out to them that dictatorships aren’t created by one person; they’re created by all the people who fall in line and say yes.”
Patty Davis in the New York Times, right now.
Love RR or hate him, or anything in between, but nobody should pretend that he wasn’t a real democrat (small “d”)! Unlike today’s Fuehrer of the former GOP.
