Background to the scandal in Ternopil

On February 16, police officers received a message that a suitcase with the body of an unknown woman was found in Ternopil on the territory of the Svirelche Hydropark. The suitcase was discovered by the girls while walking.

It was about a woman of thin build, aged 60-70 years, the police said. At first, law enforcement officers even published footage of her on Facebook, but the photos were so creepy that the Ukrainians asked to delete it.
