Three CRITICAL Ways russian Tactics Have Changed (video commentary)

I examine Russia’s reported shift toward sustained strikes on Kyiv: not only overnight barrages, but daylight attacks that disrupt work, schools, transport, and daily life. I focus on three changes: faster Geran-4 and Geran-5-type drones reportedly capable of roughly 500 km/h, the pairing of drones with missiles, and more deliberate target sets including rail facilities, data centers, energy substations, and the National Academy of Sciences building.

I also assess reports that relay stations in Belarus may improve Russian drone communications and targeting depth toward Kyiv, alongside another reported drone incursion into Romanian airspace that prompted Romanian F-16s to scramble. Beyond the capital, I cover reported Ukrainian strikes on Russian radar, UAV command posts, depots, and rail infrastructure, as well as the humanitarian conditions facing civilians in occupied Oleshky. The strategic question is whether Ukraine can maintain air-defense coverage and civilian resilience as winter approaches.
