On board the destroyed patrol ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet “Sergei Kotov” there was a helicopter ready for combat duty.
“The destruction of a modern ship of the enemy fleet worth more than 60 million dollars is confirmed; it was the newest ship. It is indeed confirmed that there was a helicopter on board – on the deck. Completely during combat duty, that is, with ammunition, shells, and armament with an onboard cannon. Also the quantity “at least seven were killed, the number and losses may increase. Part of the crew was evacuated,” Andrey Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, said on the telethon.
He noted that since the beginning of the new year, this is not the first successful operation of the Main Intelligence Directorate Group 13 of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense together with the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and assured that such work will continue.
“This is the third destruction of an enemy ship since the new year. Let us remember that before that there were Caesar Kunikov and Ivanovets. The work will continue,” Yusov emphasized.

Indeed, I’m certain that Ukrainian drone operators don’t spend much time clapping their shoulders or celebrating their victories. They mean business and their business is to destroy the Russian fleet!
