There are fires at the sites of some of the ‘arrivals’. I urge everyone to be careful – the enemy may continue shelling,” the mayor noted.

Chairman of the Kharkov Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov also reports that critical infrastructure was hit. He asks not to leave the shelter, since the danger has not yet passed.
