The World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) has lifted all restrictions on Russian and Belarusian racing drivers in international competitions.
This is stated in a circular of the International Automobile Federation (FIA), Censor.NET reports.

Lifting restrictions
From now on, athletes from the Russian Federation and Belarus have the right to fully compete in international competitions without “neutral” status.
The decision allows Russian and Belarusian pilots to use national symbols, flags and anthems during races.
At the same time, the ban on holding the competitions themselves on the territory of Russia and Belarus remains in force.
What preceded it?
- In early May, the International Olympic Committee recommended lifting all restrictions on Belarusian athletes in international competitions.
- At the same time, European Aquatics President Antonio Silva said that the organization is not yet ready to fully implement the new rules for admitting athletes from the Russian Federation and Belarus.
- The World Athletics Association has officially refused to implement the International Olympic Committee’s recommendation to return Belarusian athletes to international tournaments under their national flag.
- On May 18, 2026, the International Gymnastics Federation lifted restrictions on Russian and Belarusian athletes imposed after the start of the war in Ukraine.
- In July, the International Boxing Federation reinstated Russia’s rights. Russian boxers will be able to compete on the international stage with a flag and anthem. Джерело: https://censor.net/ua/n4018314

The only way ruzzian and belaruzzian drivers should be allowed to participate is if they are being dragged behind the cars.
Including those bribed bastards who make such immoral decisions.
The whole world of sports is corrupt and has no morals whatsoever. That’s why I don’t watch any sports at all.
