The American side has proposed a draft agreement on subsoil , which provides for US control over all Ukrainian subsoil, but there is no mention of security guarantees for Ukraine. This was stated by Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak at a briefing.
He notes that the project is extremely unprofitable for Ukraine, because profits must be taken abroad, and the United States will be the first to receive royalties from the fund.
“The Americans are expected to control all the subsoil, all future infrastructure projects. The money goes abroad and is distributed according to the decision of the American side,” Zheleznyak said. He added that the project lacks security guarantees.
Zheleznyak says that the document is 58 pages long, but it is not final and will be discussed in the government and between the two parties – the US and Ukraine.
He stressed that this agreement should be ratified by parliament in the future. “It is impossible to avoid ratification. And the Verkhovna Rada will never vote for ratification in this form,” Zheleznyak said.

The USA is now a hostile power with a president who despises Ukraine as much as he hero-worships putler.
Trumpkov is simply covering all the angles: if there is a total putler takeover, he’s probably already agreed that the deal will still stand under putler rule.
The only minerals deal that is equitable:
The U.S. helps to liberate all Ukraine, in return for a percentage share of Ukraine’s mineral wealth in perpetuity.
