According to Sky News , he was restored to the state presidential ballot after a court rejected claims he was responsible for the 2021 Capitol riot.
After the decision, Trump wrote on his social network: “BIG VICTORY FOR AMERICA!!!
Trump is the favorite to win the Republican nomination in the US presidential election. His only remaining challenger for the party’s nomination is former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley.

That’s not true. They ruled that states may not bar him from running for another term, but took no position on whether he had engaged in insurrection.
