The Russian invaders have spread online, allegedly, the moment of using a three-ton FAB-3000 M-54 bomb with a controlled planning and correction module.

Today, the Russian Telegram channel Fighterbomber published a video of such a bomb being dropped on the village of Liptsy in the Kharkov region. According to him, this is the first combat use of a bomb of this caliber with a UMPC in the history of mankind. “The reference radius of continuous damage for the FAB-3000 is 230 meters, and fragments retain their destructive power at a range of 1240 meters,” he wrote.

BILD open data analysis expert Julian Röpke said that this aerial bomb hit the Nova Poshta building. “A heavy bomb weighing 3 tons (warhead 1.2 tons) fell 15 meters from the building, but still caused serious damage to it,” – he wrote in the microblog X.

In March, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that three-ton FAB-3000 aerial bombs had been mass-produced in the Nizhny Novgorod region since the beginning of the year.

It was reported that only the Russian long-range strategic missile-carrying bomber Tu-22M3 could use such bombs, but it cannot use bombs with a controlled planning and correction module.
