“To recommend that the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation include information about the analogies of the crimes of the Kyiv regime with the structures of the Nazis of the mid-20th century in textbooks on history and social sciences,” the report says.

The department was also asked to consider the option of launching mentoring programs for students living in the occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular in the self-proclaimed “L/DPR”, as well as in the occupied parts of Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. It is expected that such programs will be implemented on the basis of pedagogical universities.
