The diplomat added: obviously, all others are related to this issue – the provision of weapons, and the granting of permission for long-range strikes on the Russian Federation by Western weapons, and financial support, since resources are needed for the war and then the restoration of the state.
“This plan is our proposal to the USA, what exactly needs to be done for Ukraine to strengthen its position in the military and political plan, and to force Russia to end the war,” said Ihor Dolgov.
Regarding the permission to use long-range weapons in Russia, it is still difficult to assess the West’s readiness for such a step, the diplomat says.
