This aid should support Ukrainian ammunition stocks in 2025.

The Netherlands will allocate 271 million euros for artillery shells for Ukraine. This was announced by the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Dick Schoof, on the X network.

According to him, Denmark, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands are resolutely acting in joint support for Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression.

“A year ago, we launched an initiative to provide ammunition for Ukraine, and today we are taking the next positive step: we are going to provide more large-caliber artillery shells. The Netherlands will contribute more than 271 million euros for artillery shells,” Schoof emphasized.

The Prime Minister of the Netherlands noted that in this way assistance is provided to Ukraine to maintain its stocks of shells in 2025.

He added that the projectile initiative participants are encouraging the European defense industry to further expand production.
