The Netherlands announced that it is sending the last of the promised F-16s to Ukraine

All 24 promised fighters will soon be present in Ukraine, the country’s defense minister said.

The Netherlands will send its last – 24th – F-16 fighter jet to Ukraine on Monday, May 26. This was announced by the country’s Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans, writes WNL .

“This means that all 24 promised fighters will soon be present in Ukraine,” the publication quotes him as saying.

Brekelmans emphasized that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, by striking Ukraine, is demonstrating that he has no intention of seriously discussing a ceasefire.

Therefore, the minister is confident, it is important to continue to increase pressure on Russia and provide Ukraine with as much support as possible.
