Medvedev calls “not to wake the beast.”

Russia has responded to the words of the former Chief of the General Staff of Poland about an immediate response to a possible Russian invasion of the Baltic countries .

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, former President Dmitry Medvedev published another offensive post on his Telegram channel, in which he called Poland a “spat upon” country:

“The former Chief of the General Staff of spat-upon Poland, whose last name is Andrzejczak, threatens Russia with an attack “directly on St. Petersburg.” He, a retired fool, should have remembered the numerous partitions of Poland and not woke the beast. After all, Warsaw was part of the Russian Empire. Are you missing him?”

Threat of Russian attack on the Baltic States

Let us recall that this week the International Conference “Defense of the Baltics: Lessons of the War in Ukraine” was held in Vilnius. During the meeting, the participants discussed the likelihood of Russian invasion of the territory of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.

Adviser to the Lithuanian President Kestutis Budrys believes that such an attack will become more likely if Belarus becomes a full-fledged part of the “Union State”.

The former head of the Polish General Staff said that the allies would strike all strategic Russian targets within a 300-kilometer radius if the occupation forces crossed the Lithuanian border.

  1. “Medvedev calls “not to wake the beast.”

The beast has been awake all along. It’s already licking its many wounds, lying in its den, soaked with alcohol, shivering and shaking, waiting for death.
