There never have been any negotiations since day 1 of the genocide; only the endlessly repeated terms of surrender with minor variations.
The putler murder gang thought that the arrival of “nash trampushka” into the WH would force surrender on their terms and they are still hopeful of that.
They certainly must have some very unpleasant kompromat on the piss-stain.
That or putler and Krasnov are on the same page ideologically.
