An architectural monument, shops and cars were damaged as a result of an enemy attack on Odessa on the evening of January 31.
As a Dumskaya correspondent reports from the scene, the Bristol Hotel building, which was built in 1898-1899 according to the design of the architect Alexander Bernardazzi, was severely damaged as a result of the fall of the rocket debris. Italian (former Pushkin) and Grecheskaya streets are strewn with debris.

At the moment of their fall, a trolleybus was passing by, the driver of which miraculously escaped injury. The windows of the transport were broken.
Cars parked on Italianskaya and a clothing store opposite Bristol were also damaged.

The mayor’s office reported that due to damage as a result of the shelling, trolleybuses No. 9 and No. 10 are temporarily running to the railway station.
UPDATED at 20:51. According to preliminary information, one woman was injured – a hotel employee who was hospitalized. She was thrown into a bomb shelter, and first aid was provided to her by employees of a beauty salon located near the hotel.


UPDATED at 21:10. According to Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov, two people were injured as a result of the Russian occupiers’ strike on the center of Odessa. They were hospitalized.
