The Odessa region was subjected to another drone attack on the night of November 4.
According to OVA head Oleg Kiper, the enemy launched a massive attack on energy and port infrastructure.
The Izmail region came under attack.

“Despite the active work of the air defense system, which destroyed the majority of enemy targets, there were hits on civilian port and energy infrastructure,” Kiper noted.
The strikes caused fires and damaged industrial facilities and equipment. Rescuers quickly extinguished the blazes.
Fortunately, there were no fatalities or injuries.
DTEK’s press service, Odesa Electric Grids, stated that damage to its facilities was significant and repairs would require a significant amount of time.
“Our teams will begin emergency recovery operations as soon as they receive permission from the military and rescuers,” the statement said.
The regional State Emergency Service added that seven pieces of equipment and over 30 rescuers were involved in the cleanup efforts.
DEATH TO THE RUSSIAN OCCUPIERS!
