The Armed Forces have another trophy “Breakthrough” in the Kursk region: how many of these tanks did the Russian Federation lose?

The first T-90M “Breakthrough” was captured by the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the fall of 2022 during a counteroffensive in the Kharkiv region

The Defense Forces of Ukraine have another trophy Russian tank T-90M “Proryv”, which the military captured in the Kursk region – a photo and video of this vehicle in the hands of our defenders, probably not far from the village of Obukhovka, in the Koreniv district, has been published online.

This is already at least the second “Breakthrough” that our military captured during the offensive in Kurshchyna [Kursk–OFP] – earlier, footage of the captured T-90M was published in the press service of the 80th Separate Galician Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

As noted in the brigade at the time, the Russian military abandoned its T-90M, having previously damaged the tank. “The paratroopers of the 1980s quickly evaluated and mastered analog ammunition equipment, repaired it, started it, and now the war machine will destroy its creators on the side of Ukraine,” the 80th ODSHBr emphasized.

  1. It could be the second one, or it could be the third one captured.
Anyway, they are using their best tank with the worst troops, while their better troops in Donbas often have ancient T-62s and even T-55s … or nothing. I don’t understand the logic behind that.

      • Yes, those two words can be used in the same sentence, but you have to include a negative word or phrase. “no russian has logic” “russians without logic” “I’ve never met a logical russian”
