The AFU Might Have Eliminated the Commander of the Russian Airborne Forces and the Russian “military correspondent”

As a result of a strike by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on a tanker where the command post of the occupiers was located, the commander of the Russian Airborne Forces, Colonel General Mikhail Teplinsky, could have died. There was also information that “Z-military correspondent” Yegor Guzenko with the call sign “Thirteenth” got eliminated, but this was not yet confirmed.

Information about the death of Teplinsky OBOZ.UA was previously confirmed by sources in Ukrainian intelligence. According to Russian media, he was on the occupiers’ tanker, which was hit by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

“The Thirteenth,” as several propagandists wrote, was allegedly eliminated thanks to a tip from Kadyrov’s men, with whom he was in open conflict.

“I won’t be verbose, the “Thirteenth” was surrendered by Kadyrov’s men. They brought him to the place where he was. By fateful coincidence, at that moment the commander of the airborne troops was also there,” said one of the “Z-military correspondents.”

Later, Guzenko “resurrected”, got in touch and said that he was alive, and the information about his death was allegedly a special operation to “identify GUR agents in the rear.”

Military-political observer of the Information Resistance group Alexander Kovalenko, commenting on the attack on the tanker with the command post of the Russian Federation, called the hit a “masterpiece” and noted that “the most interesting thing” will come later, namely, “the publication of the names that successfully got into trouble at this command post.”

“The first ones, which are still emerging at the level of rumors, cannot but please us on this cold evening. We are waiting for confirmation, but in general, it’s just wonderful,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.

As you know, Teplinsky was a native of the Ukrainian Mospino, Donetsk region. In 2022, he was appointed commander of the Russian Airborne Forces. On October 30, 2023, he received the post of commander of the Dnepr group of troops.

In turn, Guzenko became famous for his calls for brutal reprisals against Ukrainian prisoners of war. Back in 2015, he joined the ranks of the DPR occupiers, taking the call sign “Thirteenth”. He also fought in Syria, and in the Russian Federation appeared in crime reports with fights and even shootings. Recently, “The Thirteenth” had a conflict with Kadyrov’s men; he ridiculed them for “fighting” on TikTok and once even publicly humiliated the head of Chechnya, Kadyrov.

Guzenko also stated that Kadyrov’s men from the Akhmat unit regularly threaten him.

As OBOZ.UA reported, on March 11, the commander of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Nikolai Oleshchuk, announced an air strike on the enemy control center, which was located on a barge, and thanked the Ukrainian pilots for their successful combat work.

  1. If true, this would be how many commanders eliminated? I lost count.

“Thirteenth, as several propagandists wrote, was allegedly eliminated thanks to a tip from Kadyrov’s men, with whom he was in open conflict.”

So, did the Ukrainians get info about his whereabouts by the Kadyrovite chechens? I wouldn’t put it past them. They are slimy scum just like the russians. But, if so, thanks anyway.
