I examine a new Telegraph report alleging that Elon Musk proposed, and Donald Trump agreed to, slowing SpaceX’s Starshield service for Ukraine. The report, citing U.S. and Western officials, conflicts directly with public denials by Trump and Musk. I separate what the Telegraph alleges from what remains unconfirmed, while comparing it with earlier Reuters and AFP reporting that placed the decision inside the White House.

Musk is anti-Ukraine, Trump as well, so who did it, does not matter.
More over they are are hard core pro-Russia aka Nazism, because Russia is a full Nazi-state.
