Operators from the 6th Special Operations Forces Regiment (“Rangers”) conducted a raid on an enemy position in the eastern operational sector.

Operating covertly, the SOF operators infiltrated the mission area and located the enemy position. The enemy was given the chance to surrender but refused.The operators cleared the dugout. As a result of the direct action, one Russian serviceman was eliminated, and weapons and documents were seized.

“Compliance or consequence”—this is the principle guiding special operations units: the enemy gets only one choice. When the wrong choice is made, the operators make the decision.
