Pro-Russian separatists quarreled during the discussion of the “draft law”.
In the self-proclaimed Abkhazia, a shooting occurred near the building of the illegal “parliament”. One “deputy” was killed, another was injured. This was reported by the Abkhazian Telegram channel AMRA-life .
It is reported that in the “parliament” the separatists discussed a “draft law” to ban cryptocurrency mining on the territory of the pseudo-republic. This led to a quarrel between the participants of the meeting.
“During the meeting, Adgur Kharaziya and Kan Kvarchiya got into an argument, as a result of which Adgur took out a gun and started shooting at Kan. The deceased Vakhtang Hollandiya tried to break them up,” the publication writes.
It is noted that both injured were taken to the hospital, where the Dutch MP died from a head wound. The second MP received a minor wound to the arm.
The head of the Abkhaz “Ministry of Internal Affairs” Robert Kiut claims that Adgur Kharaziya, who fired the shot, disappeared in an unknown direction.
It should be noted that Adgur Kharaziya was twice the “mayor” of the occupied city of Sukhumi, the nominal “capital” of the separatists. In 2020, he was detained on charges of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm to a person and illegally carrying a firearm.
