Exports to India and Turkey fell by half in the first three months compared with the same period last year, falling to 4.7 million tons and 4.1 million tons, respectively. China reduced purchases of Russian coal by 16% to 12.9 million tons, and supplies from the Russian Federation to South Korea, Japan and Taiwan also decreased.
