Frontline situation
Ukraine carried out a series of overnight strikes against Russian military and energy infrastructure.
Ukrainian forces hit a command post and troop concentration in Russia’s Bryansk region, while also destroying drone control centers and a drone ammunition workshop in occupied territories.
Drones struck the Spetstorg Plus oil depot near Yaroslavl and the Azot chemical plant in the Tula region, causing fires at both facilities.
According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a strategic oil facility in Russia’s state reserve system was also damaged. The operation triggered air raid alerts across 28 Russian regions and disrupted operations at six airports.
