Russians hit Odesa Oblast with guided aerial bombs for first time

Russian forces used guided aerial bombs to attack civilian infrastructure in Odesa Oblast on 24 October; this is the first time the Russians used this particular type of weapons to hit this region.

Details: Kiper noted that this represents a new and serious threat to Odesa Oblast.
