“Caesar” also explained when a mutiny might break out in Russia: “If anyone refuses to join the army, the army could become politicized quite quickly. Right now, it’s completely apolitical. When the army becomes politicized, it will be the end for Putin, because a politicized army that understands it is fighting the wrong war—one that is not in the interests of the peoples of Russia and that is destroying Russia—will rise up against the current regime.”
