Seeing such dry rations, the Ukrainian military turned to Russian mothers and soldiers.

The Russian military was sent to fight against Ukraine and was given dry rations, which expired in 2015.
The video has been circulated online.
Boxes with the inscription “Voentorg. Individual diet” were shown on video by a Ukrainian military man.
“The expiration date is 2015. Expired rations! Russian soldiers, I appeal to you and your mothers. What morons your generals need to be in order to supply their army with expired rations. It’s February 2022. You are in Ukraine. You are dying in Ukraine for no reason You are still being supplied with expired rations.

Russian mothers, take your children away from here before we beat them all here, before they rot here,” the defender said.

MY father was in food service for the Air Force and when he was stationed in Germany in the late 60s, we were required to keep three days food suitable to “grab and go” in case Ivan wanted to visit the Black Forest. My father had to put a certain amount of C-rations out on the serving line, but, of course, they were never eaten. He would bring home 5 cases every 6 months, and we would go through the old set and eat a good bit of it. One time I looked at the packing date and it was almost as old as I was.
The last of the Cs didn’t get expended until the mid-80s while I was in the National Guard in ’85.
