Precisely. If Ukraine had any foul weather friends, those with decent air power, ie UK, France, Germany, the Scandies etc, should be talking to Ukrainian commanders as to what assistance can be provided in terms of supporting Ukrainian aviation inside Ukraine; discussing bombing targets etc.
But no, they won’t even do that.
