Russian army attacks southern Ukraine: one killed in Kherson, city without power in Odessa region

As UNIAN correspondent reports, an air raid alarm was declared in Odessa and the region at 21:13. Soon, residents of the region began reporting on social networks that it was “very loud” in the city of Chornomorsk and that there were problems with electricity .

Soon, the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration Oleg Kiper noted that the enemy had once again launched a massive attack on the region with attack drones.

As a result of the attack, the city of Chornomorsk was completely de-energized due to damage to the energy infrastructure.

“Points of invincibility are being quickly deployed. All relevant services are working on the liquidation,” the official emphasized.

Also on Friday evening, Russian invaders attacked Kherson with guided air bombs. The head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that one of them hit a residential area – a private house is burning in the Central District.

“Unfortunately, the attack cut short the life of a Kherson resident. The body of a man was found under the rubble of a destroyed house. He was 43,” Prokudin said.

According to him, three victims are also known: a 57-year-old woman received blast and craniocerebral trauma, concussion, and a shoulder fracture. In addition, women, 35 and 58 years old, sought hospital treatment for mine and blast injuries. Doctors are examining them and providing the necessary assistance.

According to the head of the Kherson MVA Roman Mrochko, the enemy used aviation against civilians of the city for the second time on March 14. The territory of one of the municipal enterprises of the Kherson City Council was hit, the windows of the administrative building were broken, and the doors of the warehouses. Neighboring houses and a veterinary clinic were damaged.

“Medical assistance was provided to another person wounded as a result of enemy airstrikes on the Kherson community. In the Dniprovsky district, a 19-year-old guy received an explosive injury and cut wounds,” the head of the GVA said.

In addition, assistance was provided to a 42-year-old man in the Central District of the city. He received an explosion injury and shrapnel wounds.
