In Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, under the rubble of a hotel that Russia hit with an Iskander-M missile system, after 19 hours of searching, the body of a dead journalist from Britain was found, the National Police reported .

“Russians killed a foreign media journalist in Kramatorsk and wounded six people,” the report says.

Among the wounded were four reporters – citizens of the USA, Germany, Latvia and Ukraine, as well as two local residents, the National Police added.Video of the day

“The hotel building was partially destroyed, people were trapped under the rubble. The search and rescue operation continued all night and day. As of 18:35, the body of a 40-year-old Briton was freed by the State Emergency Service workers. The wounded journalists, aged 38, 40, 41 and 46, received medical assistance. Two of them were hospitalized, the others are being treated as outpatients,” the police reported. “Two local women, aged 32 and 34, were also injured by the shelling, receiving blast injuries. An apartment building was also damaged.”
