New Delhi allegedly has no plans to change its energy procurement policy.

India will continue to buy oil where it is profitable to ensure its own economic interests, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
Reuters notes that during his visit to New Delhi last week, Vladimir Putin offered India uninterrupted fuel supplies. For his part, Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov commented on future fuel supplies from Russia to India as follows :
India, as a sovereign state, conducts foreign trade operations and purchases energy resources where it is beneficial for India, and, as far as we understand, our Indian partners will continue this policy to ensure their economic interests.
In this context, journalists recall that US President Donald Trump doubled tariffs on Indian goods to 50% in August. Washington attributed the increased tariffs to India’s purchase of Russian oil, which “helps finance Russia’s war in Ukraine.” Following the US announcement of sanctions against Lukoil and Rosneft, India reduced its imports of Russian oil, but did not completely abandon it.

Once Ukraine have sunk all the shadow fleet, India won’t have an option to purchase russian oil.
No doubt! In the meantime, Boycott india!
