Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the International Committee of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, said that if Finland joins NATO, Russia will immediately respond.
“Finland’s accession to NATO would make it a target for Russian retaliatory measures,” Dzhabarov threatened.
