There are currently reports of fatalities in Dnipro and the Zaporizhzhia region. Children are among the injured.

As a result of a massive Russian attack on the Dnieper, one person was killed and 10 were injured, including two children aged 2 and 13.

This was reported in a statement by the State Emergency Service (SES). It detailed that a Russian attack drone struck a nine-story residential building overnight, destroying apartments on the fourth through sixth floors. A fire broke out at the impact site, which rescuers have since extinguished.

“During the emergency rescue operations, emergency workers rescued 28 people, including five children. A woman’s body was also found in an apartment on the fifth floor,” the rescuers noted.

Ten people (including two children) sought medical attention. Six victims, including one child, were hospitalized.

Furthermore, the occupiers attacked the Odesa region with attack drones. The strikes caused a fire at an energy infrastructure facility. “Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries,” the State Emergency Service said in a statement.

In the Kharkiv region , a guided bomb struck the Pesochin community, injuring eight people. In the village of Korotich, a gas station was destroyed and several cars were damaged. All victims were hospitalized.

The Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration also added that three people were killed and six more were wounded as a result of enemy attacks on the Zaporizhzhia, Vasilievsky, and Pologovsky districts.

Attack on Kremenchuk

The Poltava region also came under enemy attack overnight . The strikes knocked out power to the entire town of Horishni Plavni. Local authorities declared a state of emergency. Russians also fired missiles at Kremenchuk.

According to Kremenchuk Mayor Vitaliy Maletsky, there is currently no power throughout the city. He noted that city authorities are taking all necessary measures to ensure the operation of water supply, sewerage, and heating systems despite the complete power outage.

“We are also setting up emergency response points for city residents. All utility and emergency services have been deployed to address the aftermath of the emergency and are working in an enhanced mode. No matter how the enemy tries to break us, we will stand firm; we are strong,” the mayor emphasized.

The Russians also struck the Kirovohrad region . “Another massive enemy attack. The target is critical infrastructure, including in the Oleksandriysky district. Everyone is alive – and that’s the main thing,” said Andriy Raikovich, head of the OVA.

He added that the State Emergency Service units quickly began extinguishing the fire and a survey of the area is underway.
