The KShPV emphasized that in total, Ukraine received 6,057 bodies from Russia within the framework of the Istanbul Agreements. Now, law enforcement investigators and employees of expert institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine will conduct all necessary examinations to identify the repatriated bodies.
“Repatriation measures were successfully carried out as a result of the joint work of employees of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, the Joint Center at the SBU, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Office of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, the Secretariat of the Commissioner for Persons Missing in Special Circumstances, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, and other structures of the Security and Defense Sector of Ukraine,” the report says.
The Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War also thanked the International Committee of the Red Cross for its assistance.

I hope I’m wrong, but I think we can believe that the Moskali invaders did not gracefully remove the Ukrainian dead from the battlefield in order to give them a proper burial. If that is true, wouldn’t it be most likely these are Ukrainians that were tortured to death?
Also, this sort of determination would take the Red Cross about 5 minutes, where are they?!
You can forget the Red Cross. They are as useless as a bucket of sand in the desert.
