Russia is under fire: there is no light in Kursk, the Russians announced the shooting down of a Patriot missile (video)

On the evening of Tuesday, March 19, the Kursk and Belgorod regions came under fire. Local residents publish videos in which explosions can be heard.

After 21:10, local governors reported a missile threat in the regions. Russians were urged not to go near windows and take shelter in rooms with solid walls. Soon loud explosions were reported online and corresponding videos appeared.

The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit , wrote that air defense is operating in the skies over the region. Soon he reported about temporary power outages in Kursk.

The Russian Ministry of Defense said that Ukraine used the RM-70 Vampire multiple launch rocket system and the Tochka-U tactical missile system, they allegedly destroyed 10 rockets and one missile over the territory of the Belgorod region.

Later, the occupiers reported the downing of an S-200 anti-aircraft missile, converted to hit ground targets, as well as a missile from the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system over the Belgorod region.
