Approximately from 14:00 a series of explosions is heard in Kiev. The mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, confirmed the explosions in Kyiv. According to Reuters, 10 sounds of explosions were recorded in Kyiv.
Meanwhile, DTEK reported that in Kiev, Kiev, Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk regions, emergency blackouts. “This is a preventive step that will avoid serious damage to the energy infrastructure if enemy missiles reach the target,” the company said.
